Instructions
This series of strain gauges is specially designed for precision stress testing. Due to its small size, in order to obtain accurate test results, the following matters must be paid attention to:
1). The temperature of the pasting environment should be lower than 25ºC, and the humidity should be lower than 60%RH. 2). Before pasting, the component to be tested should be polished in a 45-degree cross direction with about 300# sandpaper. The area of the polished area should exceed the external dimensions of the strain gauge, and use Organic solvents clean away dust and allow the solvent to evaporate quickly. 3). Glue is applied to the measured part and the back of the strain gauge. When applying glue, the glue should be applied evenly in one direction and the glue should be prevented from flowing to the front of the strain gauge. 4). After the strain gauge is pasted, position it in the predetermined direction, cover it with a layer of clean F4 film, press it with your thumb for 1 minute, and remove the F4 after releasing the pressure membrane. 5). The strain gauge should be tested after being pasted for 2 hours. 6). During all operations, there should be no obvious stress between the leads and solder joints. Otherwise, the solder joints may fall off or the leads may break. The leads should be in good condition fixed.
