Produced in strict accordance with the "0.15 mm" conductor single wire diameter standard to ensure that the diameter error of each single wire is controlled within a small range, and each batch of customised wire must undergo comprehensive performance testing. During the production process, multiple quality checkpoints are set up to inspect the products in each process in real time. From the specifications and dimensions of the conductors, the quality of the twist, to the thickness of the insulation, the quality of appearance, etc., they are all strictly controlled. Once a quality problem is found, production will be stopped immediately, and cause analysis and rectification will be carried out to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process. After the product is produced, a comprehensive final inspection, including performance testing and visual inspection, is conducted to ensure that each customised wire delivered to the customer meets various quality requirements.
